This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how digital products purchased from Race Sponsor Pro are delivered.

Race Sponsor Pro sells digital download products only. No physical products are shipped.

1. Digital Product Delivery

All Race Sponsor Pro products are delivered digitally.

After successful payment, you will receive access to your digital files by one or more of the following methods:

  • download link by email

  • customer account download area, where available

  • another digital delivery method provided by Wix or our payment provider

No physical item will be posted, shipped or couriered.

2. Delivery Time

Digital products are normally delivered immediately after successful payment.

In some cases, delivery may be delayed due to:

  • payment processing checks

  • incorrect email address entered at checkout

  • email spam or junk folder filtering

  • technical issues with Wix, email providers or payment providers

  • temporary website maintenance

10. Refunds and Cancellations

By purchasing and accessing the digital product, you agree that digital delivery may begin immediately.

Where required by law, you may be asked to confirm that you consent to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you may lose your right to cancel once the download or access begins.
